The inspiring opening by Bill Mills sets the stage for a series of impactful sessions, beginning with Nguyen “Tom” Griggs' “Client Service Jujitsu: How to Flow, Redirect & Manage Challenging People for Mutual Wins,” equipping you with strategies to handle difficult clients effectively.
Engage in breakout sessions featuring expert insights, such as a creative financial education seminar by JB McGinnis and an interactive CIA case study led by Coretta Hering. Don’t miss the session on economic inclusion with representatives from the FDIC, OCC, and the Treasury Department.
