As a REALTOR I've many couples, families and individuals that desire to purchase home. They have the "GOOD JOB", "Great Work Ethic", very caring, "GOOD PEOPLE ". However, the lack the credit and oftentimes the GOOD credit necessary to qualify for a mortgage.
I not only want to assist people with qualifying for the mortgage, i want to equip them with the information and instructions needed to keep their homes during a recession, depressions or a global pandemic. I w want them to be able to keep their home until they CHOOSE to do something different.
